Components of belt conveyor:

1.Belt: Rubber or plastic belt.

2.Driving part: electronic motor, high speed coupling, speed reducer, low speed coupling, and all of the devices can be installed on a fixing bearing. Or using an electronic roller as a driving device.

3.Roller parts:Driving rollers and returning rollers.

4.Idler rollers parts: Trough idler rollers, parallel idler rollers, adjusting core idler rollers, and impact idler rollers , etc.

5.Intensity device: At the and of the belt to keep the belt work smoothly.

6.Unloading device: FIxed plow unloading device and electronic unloading vehicle.

7.Cleaning device: Elastic cleaning device in the front part, and empty segment cleaning device in the middle.

8.Brake device: Roller stopping device, Belt stopping device.
